Situated in Little Bromley, Essex, The Haywain is a Traditional 18th Century Village Inn.

Opened in December 2007 by Landlord and Landlady, Andy and Dawn Newton, The Haywain has already several awards including 'Tendring CAMRA Pub of the Year 2009' and 'Tendring CAMRA Pub of the Year 2010'.

The Haywain is a Freehouse and always has a good selection of Real Ales on tap, many of which are sourced locally from Essex and Suffolk.

Beamed throughout with 2 large open fires to add to the warm and friendly atmosphere in the colder months and a beer garden to relax in during the summer.

We have a separate Venue for functions, which can be hired out, a large car park, an outdoor heated area for smokers and we are also dog friendly!
